I am no fan of UMNO neither do I support PH.
Like many Malaysians, PH under the leadership of Mahathir has turned into an arrogant group of nuts.
Those chosen for Cabinet posts have come out with Black Shoes, Hotel Swimming Pool, 3rd National car, Flying car,  Taekwondo,  body guards, red carpets for UMNO MPs, greedy MBs, more Tahfiz schools, Crooks from a corrupted  Malay Party incorporated into the present Government.

Harapan Fund amounted to RM200 million plus interest not audited and make public.  Instead Mahathir has gone public that the fund collected is not for paying debts.  So kindly tell us what is the Harapan Fund for.  Today is March 2019.  Three months after the collection of Fund cease, yet everybody in the Cabinet is keeping mum. What about those donations from GLCs and Businessmen who donated millions to the Harapan Fund that was kept hidden?

What about the report from the Council of Elders after 100 days.  It has been months, yet everything is kept hidden.
Now a Second Economic Council consists of clueless men and women who should masturbate themselves are given task they cannot perform.  Malaysia is going down hill yet Mahathir insists on putting his cronies into power. Why?  Mahathir does not care.

GST was the best thing Najib has done for this country but the implementation and management was bad.
SST which Daim, Azmin and LGE promoted killed our economy.  I have been saying never trust Daim’s policies because it has never benefited the Rakyat.  Everything Mahathir and Daim do is for themselves not US.

Promises about the abolishment of NSC, Toll, Jakim, monopoly for essential items.
Malaysians are shaking their heads non stop since Mahathir keep on giving excuses.  Even 2 terms for Premiership is not kept. Simple thing like this does not require 2/3.  Mahathir is so focus on his favourite son Mukhriz to be the next PM that he neglects his duty to serve the Rakyat.

AZRB is going through the perfect storm. The thing is, the so-called storm is more like the aligning of the planets for AZRB. The storm is so perfect AZRB is walking on water.

As with many counters, AZRB is expected to announce its quarterly over the next day or two. If you match it up with Naim (which delivered great results). It came all the way up from 80 sen a few days back to hit 97-98 sen today (up 8 sen for the day). Both are highly comparable.

The government has been putting out soundbites that were so much more conciliatory over High Speed Rail and ECRL. More so on ECRL I think. Even IWCity had a massive volume and jacked up day when the soundbite was pleasing for HSR but died down after a day or two.

Looking at the way both projects are going to be framed. The HSR and ECRL will not be a highly lucrative project for the winners and sub contractors.

AZRB buta-buta has the most to benefit from the ECRL owing to the land and current projects it has.

Go check their annual report. It has:
– nice tracts of land in Setapak, which is about 20km from the all important Gombak station for ECRL
– also nice tracts in Bentong
– the stations of Chukai and Kemasik are very close to Kemaman, and one of the main reason why ECRL is needed is to support and enhance RAPID refinery near Kemaman (the marine base contract by Petronas has been awarded to AZRB for another 5 years / Tok Bali supply base)
– AZRB has 4.5 acres of freehold land in Kemasik
– an even bigger plot of 66 acres in Marang which the ECRL will pass through

Looking at the price movements, AZRB is just discounting the good upcoming results and has not really priced in the ECRL potential. Be careful though, it is still potential, not written in stone.

Besides the upcoming results, Tun Mahathir will be going to China in April, possibly to lock up the ECRL on better terms.

Knowing our low quality University, folks do not take Redzuan seriously when he talks cock about the scam.

I strongly suggest PDRM and MACC step in to check on the RM1 million.

Today every by election we get candidates who should be sweeping the roads of Malaysia trying to be the elected ones.
I BELIEVE THAT PRIBUMI AND PKR ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING MALAYSIA OR CARE A HOOK ABOUT NATION BUILDING.
At the recently announced survey, Malaysia has a population of 32.6 million excluding the 6 million illegal bastards who are here to impregnant  Malay girls and women, YET THERE IS NO ONE SUITABLE.
Talking to the candidates is like trying to teach a toddler how to fart.
We need candidates who reads, who is knowledgeable about the happening round the world.
We need candidates who is financially sound and capability to understand how the state works.
We need candidates who can act without fear and understanding the people and surrounding.
We need candidates who can speak well and use common sense in all situation.
I know and like one of the candidate but I do not support.
AT THE END OF THE DAY I BELIEVE IT IS THE RAKYAT WHO STAND TO LOSE THE MOST BECAUSE OF THE LOW QUALITY CANDIDATES WE ARE GETTING.

The Year of the Piglet scampered off to a brilliant start.  I did expect the uptick to happen in the 1st 2 quarters of 2019, and it looks like there might be some steam left till end April at least.

It is only natural for the small caps to outperform, but also thankfully most of the upswingers had the right stories as well. We have to be cognizant of the fact that many are just coming back from oversold territory as well.

The volatile MYEG and Prestariang have been well documented, and they are more likely to be still volatile according to their corporate newsflow. Hence traders should be more careful when trading these counters.

A sure sign that liquidity has returned was the ability of the market to move even Sapura. That is not an easy counter to move. There are no discernable themes for the moment. Earnings recovery and oversold good stocks would appear closest to what we can consider as themes.
