Ahli PKR lancar referendum undi tidak percaya terhadap Anwar Ibrahim

Lebih 130,000 ahli Pakatan Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) telah menandatangani referendum hilang keyakinan terhadap Presiden PKR, Anwar Ibrahim serta tidak layak mengganti Dr Mahathir Mohamad sebagai Perdana Menteri.

“Kami berharap sesiapa yang mendapat referendum ini dan bersetuju dengan pendapat ini dan tanda tangan dan hantar kepada sekretariat referendum ini agar dapat diserah hantar kepada sekretariat PKR dan juga ke Pejabat Perdana Menteri Malaysia.

“Kami berharap dengan ini kita dapat meyakinkan kepada rakyat dan Perdana Menteri sendiri agar Anwar Ibrahim tidak dilantik sebagai Perdana Menteri dan agar ahli-ahli PKR bersetuju untuk gantikan Anwar Ibrahim kepada ahli atau pemimpin lain dalam parti sebagai presiden,” kata Sameer Khan Abdullah selaku penggerak referendum.

Referendum yang akan diserahkan ke Ibu Pejabat PKR dan Pejabat Perdana Menteri turut menyenaraikan 20 fakta yang menyokong terhadap bantahan terbabit, antaranya :

1. Anwar Ibrahim seorang pemimpin yang tidak boleh dipercayai kerana beliau punyai jenis sikap sering mungkir janji bermakna beliau tidak pernah menepati janji dan khianat kepada ramai ahli parti, penggiat dan pemimpin yang telah berjuang membela beliau sejak zaman reformasi.

2. Prinsip Anwar Ibrahim tidak konsisten dan mudah mengubah fikiran setelah membuat sesuatu keputusan serta akan mencipta krisis dalam parti agar dia dapat bertahan sebagai presiden dan memilih sokongan baru yang menganiaya dan khianat terhadap ramai ahli parti lama.

3. Cara ini memudahkan dia mengetepikan serta memecat ahli lama yang telah berjuang bersama-sama agar dia tidak susah untuk memikirkan tanggung jawab membalas budi mereka.

4. Anwar Ibrahim akan mencipta krisis agar parti berpecah supaya senang memerintah dan menjatuhkan mana-mana pemimpin agar dia terus memegang tampuk kepimpinan seperti apa dia lakukan kepada Timbalannya Azmin Ali dan juga Naib Zuraidah Kamaruddin.

5. Anwar Ibrahim akan sentiasa memilih penyokong baru yang termakan janji manisnya kerana dengan sokongan pemuda-pemuda baru dia akan lebih di hormati sebagai pemimpin dari ahli lama yang sudah tahu tebiat khianat perangai buruknya.

6. Anwar Ibrahim sentiasa akan mengambil cara Divide And Rule- pecah dan perintah agar senang dia kawal ahli-ahli parti dan haluan parti mengikut acuan dia.

7. Anwar Ibrahim tidak pernah merancang haluan parti kerana dia sendiri tiada haluan dalam hidup dia.

8. Segala haluan parti di rancang dan di terjemahkan oleh Timbalan Persiden Azmin Ali Dan Naib Presiden Zuraida Kamaruddin yang sekarang ini Anwar Ibrahim cemburui.

9. Anwar Ibrahim cemburu sebab dia tiada pemikiran bijak atau dia tidak bijaksana memikirkan masa depan parti dan negara.

10. Anwar Ibrahim hanya bergantung pada perjanjian ambil alih Perdana Menteri sahaja sebab itu dia saperti meroyan terkejar-kejar untuk mendapatnya tanpa ada pemikiran bijak tentang memikirkan dasar negara.

11. Anwar Ibrahim sebenarnya sudah ketinggalan zaman dengan perubahan pemikiran anak-anak muda yang lebih matang dan bijaksana dari dia ketika ini.

12. Malah pemikiran Anwar Ibrahim lebih rendah dari Timbalan Beliau Azmin Ali dan Zuraida Kamaruddin sebab itu Perdana Menteri Tun Dr Mahathir lebih percaya pada kebolehan dan kebijaksanaan Azmin Ali dan Zuraida Kamaruddin dari Anwar Ibrahim sendiri.

13. Anwar Ibrahim mempunyai latar belakang yang mencurigakan dengan imej yang tidak elok pada mata Islam dan manusia sejagat, elok lah dia tidak menjadi pemimpin parti dan negara.

14. Anwar Ibrahim telah didapati bersalah melakukan hubungan sejenis didalam kes rayuan jenayah nombor no: 05-47-03/2014 (w)

Mahkamah persekutuan telah membuat keputusan muktamad berkenaan isu ini. Walaupun Anwar Ibrahim mengatakan bahawa dia telah mendapat pengampunan diraja. Pengampunan tersebut tidak dapat memadamkan keputusan makamah yang telah mempertimbangkan saksi dan keterangan. Walaupun anwar ibrahim kata dia telah diberi pengampunan isu ini. Isu Anwar Ibrahim seks sejenis adalah isu yang tidak boleh di pandang remeh oleh manusia, khususnya rakyat islam, bukan sahaja di sisi islam jadi beliau tidak sepatutnya dijadikan pemimpin parti atau negara.

15. Selama hampir 2 tahun Dr Mahathir menjadi Perdana Menteri dan Anwar Ibrahim sudah pun di jadualkan menggantinya kelak, tidak sekali pun Anwar Ibrahim mengeluarkan pendapat yang bernas dan bertaraf nasional bagi memudahkan Dr Mahathir menangani masalah negara.

16. Anwar Ibrahim dan kaum keluarga juga suka berlagak dan sebenarnya menyalah kuasa apabila beliau tidak dapat menjelaskan mengenai keupayaan beliau menaiki jet dan helikopter persendirian apabila menggunakan jet melancarkan acara parti banyak kali.

17. Perkara ini sudah pun di laporkan kepada Suruhanjaya Anti-Rasuah oleh ahli parti di mana sehingga kini masih dalam siasatan.

18. Segala tindakan Anwar Ibrahim hanya untuk menjadikan ahli-ahli parti taksub dan walak kepadanya sebagai diktator.

19. Segala soal prinsip integriti, keadilan demi rakyat adalah sekadar retorik hujung lidah Anwar Ibrahim buat penyedap telinga ahli parti.

20. DYMM Sultan Selangor ambil tindakan tepat menarik balik anugerah Dato’ Seri Dari Anwar Ibrahim.

Dalam pada itu, pihak terbabit masih meneruskan usaha dalam mengumpul dan menyebarkan referendum serta menyeru ahli-ahli PKR agar bersetuju melakukan undi tidak percaya (vote of no confidence) terhadap Presiden PKR demi menyelamatkan parti dan negara.

Time to do away with FT ministry, says local council expert

Khalid Samad took over the Federal Territories Ministry from Tengku Adnan Mansor. A local council expert says the ministry is redundant.
PETALING JAYA: A local council expert has called on Putrajaya to review having a Federal Territories (FT) ministry, saying it is redundant and an inefficient use of taxpayers’ funds as it overlaps the local authorities’ roles and functions.
Lawyer Derek Fernandez said the weak governance which comes with having an FT ministry is clear in the Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020 (KLCP 2020).
That plan, he said, was gazetted by the new administration with 273 deviations from the draft without public consultation.
“Most of the 273 deviations were never even proposed in the draft in the first place.
“The launch of the draft KL Structure Plan 2040 is now questionable because the credibility of the KLCP 2020 is in doubt,” he told FMT.
Fernandez said the federal territories – Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan – had their own governance structures like local councils, namely Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), Perbadanan Putrajaya and Perbadanan Labuan.
“From a good governance and public administration perspective, there is no need to have an FT ministry,” he said, adding that the respective governance structures can operate independently.
“In fact, the existence of this ministry with powers to override and instruct the KL mayor on specific matters actually interferes with the mayor’s ability to carry out his functions properly.”
Derek Fernandez says the federal territories have their own local councils.
He said the best way to ensure checks and balances was not having an FT minister that can override the mayor but having a governance structure where no one person had too much power.
“If you look at other local councils, they have one mayor and 24 councillors who make decisions by majority vote to ensure power is not concentrated in one person’s hands.”
But in DBKL’s case, he said, it had no councillors or other persons with voting power, and because of its structure, the mayor actually had to take instructions from the FT minister.
Fernandez said that ideally, the mayor and councillors should be elected to best ensure accountability and transparency in local government decision making.
“But in any case, with most local councils, the state governments as well as the housing and local government ministry provide oversight. DBKL should follow this same structure,” he said, adding that KL MPs could also assist in providing oversight.
“There is also a need for better public participation in the decision making process and access to information which is generally lacking,” he said.

My comments :

1.  Before I say anything here is a small note for Suhakam. I also have a soalan cepu mas for Suhakam (and everyone) at the end of this.

In the one year and weeks before Amri Che Mat disappeared on Nov 24, 2016 there had been a “running battle” of sorts between the Special Branch and the Perlis religious authorities against Amri Che Mat.


Remember : Amri Che Mat disappeared on Nov 24, 2016.  

Here is a simple chronological sequence of this “running battle” taken from the Suhakam Inquiry :

a.  On 21st October 2015, just over ONE year before Amri’s disappearance the Mufti of Perlis had personally by himself led a ‘raid’ on Amri Che Mat’s house, accompanied by 20 Police Officers !! 
b.  Then on 20th September 2016, just about TWO MONTHS before Amri’s disappearance on 24 November, the Perlis MB Shahidan Kassim had warned about Amri Che Mat’s NGO Perlis Hope.

And then the very next day (21 September 2016) the Perlis Religious Affairs Dept issued a letter against Perlis Hope to the State Education Dept. 
c.  (Dont forget I have a soalan cepu mas after this). Then on 7th October, 2016  about ONE MONTH before Amri’s disappearance, Awaluddin Jadid the Special Branch fellow leading the “investigation” against Amri Che Mat and other Police officers had a meeting at the office of the Mufti of Perlis to discuss Amri Che Mat, Perlis Hope and the “Syiah threat” in Perlis.
And at this meeting of 7th Oct 2016 between Awaluddin Jadid and the Mufti of Perlis, Awaluddin  had handed over to the Mufti the latest SB intelligence about Amri Che Mat. You can read it at Para 86. of the Suhakam Report :
So bear this in mind very carefully.     Awaluddin Jadid and Police had a meeting with Mufti Perlis on 7th October 2016 where they discussed Shiahs and Amri Che Mat. The following month  on Nov 24, 2016 Amri Che Mat disappeared.



d.  And on Nov 6 2016, just 18 days before Amri’s disappearance,  Awaluddin Jadid the Special Branch fellow who was heading the investigation into the Syiahs and Amri Che Mat spoke about the Shiah threat at a seminar somewhere :
So here is the soalan cepu mas.  There were raids on Amri’s house, there were speeches, official letters and seminars against Perlis Hope, there were warnings against Shias in Perlis.


But after Amri was abducted and made to disappear on 24th Nov 2016, much of this anti Shiah “coordination” between the Special Branch and the religious authorities in Perlis seems to have stopped.  
Like as if there was no more Shiah threat in Perlis. 
It had suddenly disappeared.

There were no more meetings between Awaluddin Jadid and the Perlis religious authorities to discuss Amri Che Mat.

I say this because when asked about Amri’s disappearance the Mufti said sarcastically that maybe Amri had gone to visit prostitutes in Thailand !! So the Mufti knows about the prostitutes in Thailand.

But if that was the belief, that Amri had just gone to visit prostitutes in Thailand, then why were there NO MORE follow ups about Amri Che Mat’s shiah activities? Certainly after his visit to the prostitutes in Thailand Amri would come back to Perlis. He was still a threat. 


To recap, all parties denied having any knowledge of Amri’s abduction and his whereabouts. If so the Special Branch should have continued with their aggressive investigations into Amri Che Mat and Perlis Hope.

But after Nov 24th 2016 all their investigations into Amri and Perlis Hope just stopped.  (Certainly that surveillance team was also dismantled and sent back to Bukit Aman). As though the problem had been “solved”.  As though Amri Che Mat had disappeared from the face of the earth. 

The Special Branch must explain something else. 
Their files on Amri Che Mat must be very thick. 
There must have been frequent updates about his activities. 

The question is ‘When was the last file update on Amri Che Mat’s activities?’  



2. Folks, we really cannot do much other than keep highlighting these cases.
Which by itself has sufficient power. 
Never underestimate the power of speaking the truth.
The truth of a matter is the most powerful force on earth.

3. This is a case of mass abduction and possibly mass murder. And the Special Branch is involved – according to Suhakam. Where are the bodies of the FIVE people? We need closure to this case.  This case is worse than the 1MDB or the Altantuya murder. 

My hope is that some NGO, organisation or outfit will start organising rallies, road shows, candle light vigils and other non confrontational methods to pressure the government to get to the bottom of this case. The government is obviously dragging its feet on this matter.

To exert more pressure on the government may I suggest a peaceful weekly vigil at the Dataran Merdeka? Tuesdays will be good because the Cabinet meets on Wednesday.  Or it could be Saturday nite candle light vigils. Or just organise any peaceful gatherings all over Malaysia – from Perlis to Sabah. We need closure on the abduction and possible murder of these FIVE people. Take pictures and upload it onto Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook etc. 

4. I am perplexed why the PH government has taken ownership of this problem. This is not your problem. This thing happened under the BN.

Mr Lim Kit Siang and the DAP – why is there so much silence from you? Before PRU14 you did raise this matter aggressively. Now all of a sudden you have gone quiet. 

This is a case of mass murder. State sponsored mass murder. And you are keeping quiet.  As I said this thing did not even happen under your watch.

The perpetrators are largely known. 


5. To the 15 man Special Branch abduction team – your days are numbered. It is better for you to meet your own lawyers and issue a confession that you were merely following orders from your bosses. Don’t be stupid. 

Jangan jadi bodoh, nanti akan jadi satu lagi kes Azilah Hadri dan Sirul Azhar – their whole life duduk dalam penjara di Australia atau di Malaysia. 

You are just Policemen. Policemen obey orders. But if you do not step out and confess your involvement then it becomes mala fide – bad intentions. ‘Saya yang ikut perintah’ akan bertukar menjadi berniat jahat dan subahat untuk menculik dan membunuh manusia.

It is not too late. Just confess your actions now.

Economy Shutting Down – 2019 GDP Growth Was 4.3%

Lowest since Global Crisis in 2009
4th quarter 2019 (4Q19) GDP growth 3.6%
lowest in 41 quarters since 3Q09
Bank Negara statistics released today
OSTB :  Its already happening. We are in it now. The economy is just grinding down. 
The scary part was that 3.6% growth in the 4th quarter 2019. 
And that was before the Corona virus, before Dr Mahathir fighting with India and the US. Before India cancelled 4.0 million tonnes of palm oil. Before oil prices hit US$50 per barrel.
Now with the Corona virus, after India cancelling 4.0 million tonnes of palm oil, crude oil hitting US$50 per barrel and Dr M picking a fight with the US, what will the GDP growth be in the 1st quarter 2020 (1Q20)? 
Today is already 12th February, 2020. 
If 1Q2020 goes below 3.6% then our GDP growth for 2020 could slip below 4%.

So Dr Mahathir you know what to do – why not pick a fight with China, Indonesia, Thailand, the EU, maybe Boris Johnson too. Dont forget the Japanese – but they never get upset at anything.

Which makes it double bad. 
The rich peoples’ economy in Bangsar is also shutting down.

Jasons Food Hall, upscale supermarket shutting down in BSC.
The retailer’s last day of business will be on March 22

notice reads: “been a delicious journey with Bangsar for last 20 years! 
Jasons Food Hall will close on March 22, 2020.

Dairy Farm in 2014, had 147 stores, currently it has 60 outlets.

Giant will be exiting Sabah S’wak within 2 months, it had 17 stores
retailer completed exit from Sabah two weeks ago
OSTB : So after 20 years Jason’s Food Hall is closing shop. Jason’s at BSC caters not just to the rich in Bangsar but also the rich from nearby Bukit Damansara.  Obviously these folks do not have as much money to shop anymore.

Bukit Damansara is largely crony economy based. 
Bangsar is a bit less. 
Some Masjid India business folks also live in Bangsar. 
They are all having a tough time too.
Recall I uploaded the FMT story that Shah Alam is becoming a ghost city? 
Well last week I was in Putrajaya. 
Putrajaya is also going quiet, maybe another ghost town. 
The building occupied by the Immigration Department is for sale.  

The  ground floor is empty (except for that coffee kiosk).  The whole place is quiet.

We went looking for breakfast at that Dataran Perdana. 
But the makan place (overlooking the lake) was closed – at 9am.  
A girl with a few parakeets said they opened at 9am. 
It was 9 am but still not opened.
Well even if it had opened at 9am, there were few people there. 
The place looks dead. 

It is not difficult to fix this economy at all. 
And it can be done in less than 12 months. 
The PH has had almost TWO YEARS already. 
They still cannot turn around this economy.

The Minister of Economic Affairs is pre-occupied with other things on his mind. 
I prefer he remain pre-occupied that way because the guy really does not have a clue about what to do with the economy. 
Imagine he wakes up one morning and says ‘Ok I will do something today“.
The Minister of Finance seems to know no better.  



Folks, what happens when the GDP growth slows down?
The Government’s tax collections will go down.
When the tax collection goes down the government has less and less money to pay BRIM, pay subsidies, pay Civil Servants their salaries and pensions etc. 
There will be almost no new development projects. Or fewer.

To do anything the government must have tax revenues.
To collect tax revenue the private sector must pay taxes.
To pay taxes they must make profits from their businesses.
No business, no profits, no taxes, no government revenue.

The government does not understand this simple equation.
They tax the people without realising that taxes make the people poorer.
You cannot make a society rich by taxing it heavily. 
You must unlock the peoples’ potential to do what they want with their lives.
The government just shut up and go away. 
Go sit in a dark corner.
Let the people do what they want to do.
The country’s economy is crashing because the government is the problem.
The government and its stupid policies are an obstacle to growth.

We must get rid of the government.
