There is claim from Azmin’s camp that he was the only guy standing by Anwar when the latter was sacked as DPM till today.

For your information this is incorrect.

Many others stood by Anwar in 1999 till today
Many were sacked from their jobs.
Many were made bankrupt and had to endure sufferings from 6 – 10 years. I know them.
A few committed suicide.
Some got divorce because they lost their homes. Yes, banks took immediate action on instruction from Putrajaya to withdraw their housing loan.
Some were arrested.

Yes, Azmin was arrested but never got beaten up, punch or tied up with cold water thrown onto his face with two air condition blowing full blaze in a tiny room. His house was never taken away.

Hello, Azmin was treated like a VVIP with nice sofa to sleep on, TV, food and drink served in porcelain ware when he was arrested. Azmin’s VVIP treatment was not from IGP but the very, very top man himself. Yes, Mahathir.

Azmin has always being loyal to Mahathir.
When Azmin became the MB of Selangor, the first person he contacted was Mahathir.

Mahathir must give up the post to Anwar after latter is pardoned and within a year of winning election

SHAH ALAM • Malaysia’s former premier Mahathir Mohamad is the opposition coalition’s choice for prime minister if it wins in the country’s next general election, expected to be held within months.

Pakatan Harapan made the announcement at its convention yesterday, reported the Malay Mail Online.

According to an agreement signed by leaders of all four of Pakatan’s component parties on Saturday, Tun Dr Mahathir, 92, must give up the position to jailed opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim, once Anwar is released from prison and given a royal pardon.

Anwar, currently serving a five-year sentence for sodomy, is due to be released from prison on June 8, the Prisons Department director-general said on Sunday. He cannot run for political office for five years after his release, unless he is pardoned by the King.

Pakatan’s announcement comes after disagreement within the alliance, chiefly from Anwar’s Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), over the candidate for the post, and criticism from ruling party Umno that the opposition was in disarray.

Anwar, a former deputy prime minister and finance minister, was sacked in 1998 by then Prime Minister Mahathir, when they were both leaders in Umno. The sacking sparked street demonstrations and gave birth to Anwar’s opposition movement Keadilan. In 1999, Anwar was imprisoned for the first time for sodomy, charges he maintained were politically motivated.

Both men put aside their differences in 2016, when Dr Mahathir left Umno to form Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia after disagreements with current Prime Minister Najib Razak over the funds misappropriation scandal at state-owned 1Malaysia Development Berhad.

Veteran activists who have supported Anwar in the last two decades and recall Dr Mahathir’s tough crackdowns on the opposition during his authoritarian rule from 1981 to 2003 have objected to his candidacy as Malaysia’s seventh prime minister.

Dr Mahathir stands to become the world’s oldest leader if the opposition wins, reported newswire agency Reuters.

According to unnamed sources quoted by news site The Malaysian Insight (TMI), PKR had set three conditions for Dr Mahathir to be named the coalition candidate for prime minister.

These were for Anwar to be made prime minister within a year of Pakatan winning the election, for PKR to be allocated the highest number of seats to contest the election and for Dr Mahathir to agree to institutional reforms.

In a speech read out by his daughter Nurul Izzah Anwar at the convention yesterday, Anwar said that he would accept the decision of Pakatan’s presidential council.

“I urge my friends to focus on the principles of the struggle we started a decade ago,” the opposition icon said, as reported by TMI.

“This is the main point that must be explained to Malaysians. In the spirit of cooperation and working together, we accept the decisions of the leadership,” he said.

In Sunday’s announcement, Pakatan also named Anwar’s wife and PKR president Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as the opposition candidate for deputy prime minister.

Meanwhile, secretary-general of the Democratic Action Party (DAP) Lim Guan Eng said in his speech yesterday that the opposition must be united to defeat ruling coalition Barisan Nasional .

“I would like to thank friends from PKR, Amanah and DAP that are ready to set aside their personal feelings from the past to accept our former enemies with an open heart to fight against the country’s enemy, which is BN,” said Mr Lim.

Pakatan yesterday also announced parliamentary seat allocations for its component parties in the election. PKR will contest the lion’s share of seats – 51 of 165 seats in Peninsular Malaysia plus an undisclosed number of seats in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, which have 57 parliamentary constituencies in total.

Of the seats in Peninsular Malaysia, Pribumi has been allocated 52 seats, DAP has 35 seats while Parti Amanah Negara has 27 seats.

Similarly UMNO Baru was formed by Mahathir.
These two parties have one thing in common and that is outsiders are clinging on to dear life to take over and control it.
Today the ones who had gain the most in PKR when Anwar was in prison for 11 years are using their new found power and money gain when Azmin was the MB of Selangor to shoot down Anwar.
An agreement was agreed upon before GE14, yet it is not Mahathir but Azmin and gang who are against Anwar to be MP now.
These anti Anwar are now asking why Kak Wan and Nurul did not resign to give way for Anwar.
Anwar is not stupid and knows Azmin and gang will jump at every opportunity to obstruct the Premiership as promised.
Kak Wan and Nurul will definitely resign and leave politic once Anwar becomes the Prime Minister yet people like Azmin and gang cannot wait that long.
THE ONLY SOLUTION WOULD BE FOR AZMIN AND GANG TO LEAVE PKR AND JOIN BERSATU.
I AM SURE MAHATHIR AND DAIM WILL WELCOME THEM WITH OPEN ARMS AND RED CARPET.

Maszlee still firing blanks

100 days are over, yet I do not see anything done by Maszlee.
Malaysians expect more than words and childish instruction like black shoes, heavy bags, over worked teachers and now lowering the standard for University Entrance.
Maszlee may as well do away with entrance requirement for University.

During my time the standard to University was high and strict.
Not every Tom, Dick and Harry and Melayu can enter.

With monetary gain and a sure to receive Titles now, every University has become a Money generating factory for Cronies and Royalty. Students no longer need to be qualified to enter University. University has become a grooming place for sex, drugs, match making center, center to collect more wives and place to be to get connected to big shots. The amount of Malay graduating from University with low passing mark has flooded the work force with lazy, unprepared and lack of the International Language (English) for International markets.

In plain English, Malaysians in local University are equivalent to students going to remove classes.

I know of many Master and PhD students who can converse in broken English and not understanding what I am saying when I talk to them about Cloud and green school. After discussion these students go back to their old way giving excuses no time to read what is Cloud and green school but they have time to gossip about each other. Alot of their thesis are plain rubbish not worth reading and with no soul given in their research. Many students depend on their lecturers to finish their thesis with the right amount of bribe given.

Malaysian University are falling backwards not having teachers, lecturers and students to think and create beyond textbooks.

Education today is paperless yet Maszlee is talking about textbooks.

Giving the people of Sarawak and Sabah electricity and water is the first step, then have an alternative Green School instead of Government School. Then have teachers who are innovative and are prepared to develop and encourage students to think.

Today Robots are created to cater to a fast moving generation and Cloud is needed to improve our technology.

In Malaysia our Ministers are too lazy to read and think even though they are educated except for a school boy who is still looking at himself in the mirror everyday admiring himself.

Then we have a Prime Minister dreaming of manufacturing plagiarize cars from Japan.

I see a future with blanks as long as there is no desire in the people sitting at the top.

DBKL a Malay Failure

DBKL did not fail just the Malays but to all Malaysians.

Majority of the officers in DBKL are millionaire.

The low ranking officer looking after the market place in Taman Maluri collects and keep most of the rental money in his own pockets. He owns more than 6 houses and his whole family are millionaire.
Till today no-one or any authorities has taken action.

I complaint about the MIC Indian Ah Long treating our residential area as their own private car park yet no action taken.

I complaint about the 35 years old drain that was damaged many moons ago yet nothing has been done.

Orchard Park’s land has been siphoned off and sold to friendly parties with DBKL officers.

There are many complaints for various issues yet nothing is done nor does anyone care.

In fact I find not only DBKL that is a Malay Failure but the whole nation is run by Malays with self interest.

Mahathir and Daim can complain but they are in fact the real culprit behind all this Malay trash that is making our lives miserable.

It is timely for us Malaysians to be involve in electing our own mayor and council.

People like Mahathir and Daim cannot be trusted to select their dogs who are self centered and crooks.

Zuraida and other MPs are giving all kind of excuses regarding the time frame and fund to start the election process.

If Mahathir can turn to Japan for their car technology while can’t we follow Sweden or any other countries that have in place the process of having elected council.

I TRULY BELIEVE MAHATHIR HAS NOT PUT THE CORRECT PEOPLE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE MINISTRY.

IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT THAT MAHATHIR AND DAIM SHOULD STOP TALKING ABOUT MALAY THIS AND THAT.

MALAYSIANS DID NOT VOTE FOR A CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT TO CONTINUE SAVING THE MALAY GRACE.

IT IS TIME ALL MALAYSIANS BE TREATED AS EQUAL PARTNERS.
