Tongkat Ali (extra potency)

We required Longjack (Eurycoma longifolia), a confirmed libido booster. Longjack, also known as Tongkat ali and pasak bumi, is a shrub hailing from Southeast Asia purporting to improve libido. It’s gaining traction in the scientific community for potentially increasing testosterone levels, and researchers at South Africa’s University of the Western Cape found that longjack improved testosterone levels and muscular strength in physically active seniors (a population with typically low testosterone).


The bulk of what is presently available is non-descript. Our manufacturing facility has patented a new way of extraction, using nano tech and sonification to extract up to 5x better – the process is already being patented.

What is TRT?

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) uses artificial androgens (think synthetic steroids) to try and raise testosterone levels. As the Mayo Clinic notes, they’re still being evaluated for safety and effectiveness, but it’s an option to discuss with your doctor.

Other researchers at the National University of Malaysia have gone so far as suggesting that, after further study, longjack could be used as an alternative approach to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

That said, a group of researchers at the National University of Malaysia did a systemic literature review of longjack, looking for clinical research that demonstrated a relationship between the shrub and testosterone levels. 


Cordyceps (tung-chung-chou in Cantonese)

For example, Viagra is used to help people who have trouble maintaining a strong erection or have trouble lasting sufficiently long enough to complete the act. That does not address why/what caused the poor erections in the first place.

We believe in raising testosterone naturally. We wanted the other complementary body functions to be revitalised as well when generating more testosterone. Hence anti-inflammation and better heart health is a platform which we stand on.


Pomegranate

Pomegranate is a potent antioxidant. This fruit is rich in flavonoids, anthocyanins, punicic acid, ellagitannins, alkaloids, fructose, sucrose, glucose, simple organic acids, and other components and has antiatherogenic, antihypertensive, and anti-inflammatory properties. Pomegranate can be used in the prevention and treatment of several types of cancer, cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other diseases. In addition, it improves wound healing and is beneficial to the reproductive system. 


Zinc

We wanted the best testosterone booster to contain Zinc — an important mineral for fertility. Zinc is little more of a nice-to-have ingredient than a must-have. It’s on our radar as an ingredient that possibly boosts testosterone levels, and while we couldn’t find enough supporting evidence that taking zinc would increase natural testosterone, low zinc levels have been connected to infertility. 

A low zinc level is also possibly a sign of hypogonadism. The closest support we found is in a study which found that people recovered from nutritional deficiency-related problems more quickly if they took a zinc supplement than those who did not. Zinc is available in many foods, such as oysters, fortified breakfast cereals, and red meat.

Zinc also has an upper limit. The NIH recommends that adults should not take more than 40mg of zinc per day, and notes that even moderately high zinc intake levels can be harmful. Hence our dosage has been kept safe within the limits set.

Every vitamin, mineral, and ingredient that affects the human body can be taken in enough quantities that they are harmful, or toxic, even the ones that — at lower levels — are beneficial or necessary. Unfortunately, testosterone boosters contain a lot of ingredients that are not well understood. This means in addition to not being able to confirm whether certain ingredients increase testosterone, the scientific and medical communities also don’t know at what levels many ingredients become toxic. 


Last Words

As with any supplements we are careful with the claims we make. We stopped short of saying it is an anti-aging remedy. However as you can read from the above treatise, it is very much a remedy to help us age better. Informal trials among tested subjects indicate that. We hope you will too benefit from it.

Dato Wira SM Faisal has filed for a contempt proceeding against MP YB Maria Chin on 18.9.2019 in Kuala Lumpur Syariah Court
Mainstream media reported it is Dato Wira SM Faisal who is the plaintiff for this case. In truth, there are two people acting as plaintiff
1) Datuk Wira SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin
2) Zaleha Ismail. Faisal’s lawyer, Akhberdin has removed Puan Zaleha’s “Puan Sri” to hide the fact that she is needed in this suit to strengthen their contempt case

This case is being heard in front of Judge Mohamed Fouzi Bin Mokhtar who is the same judge that sentence Emilia to 7 days of jail last week.
This case mention and subsequent hearings will be a conflict of interest as the same judge that handed out the 7 days jail sentence to Emilia will be the same judge to determined YB Maria contempt charge.  The judge could act bias towards YB Maria and say how dare you challenged my decision?
If indeed MP Maria Chin remarks tarnished Syariah court system as claimed, then it should be the Syariah judiciary that should file the contempt charges and not SM Faisal and Puan Sri Zaleha against YB Maria Chin.
Yesterday Faisal’s lawyers filed ex-party (one-sided) contempt charges in Syariah court in order for their case to be heard without MP Maria Chin presence to get a head start.  The outcome that Faisal wanted was for the case to proceed but the court decided it will only decide if contempt charges will proceed or not on the 14.10.2019. And the contempt charges, we repeat, will be heard in front of Judge Mohamed Fouzi Bin Mokhtar. The same judge that sentence Emilia to 7 days in jail.

Grandson of late CAP president sues Anwar’s aide for assault

Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak (left) and Tunku Nashrul Tunku Abaidah have been named in suits by the grandson of the late CAP president SM Idris.

PETALING JAYA: The grandson of late prominent consumer advocate SM Mohamed Idris has filed a suit for assault against Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, the political secretary of Anwar Ibrahim.
Muhammed Yusoff, 26, in his action filed at the Shah Alam Sessions Court, said Farhash had inflicted injuries after punching him repeatedly without provocation at Anwar’s office in Bukit Gasing here in May.
“The violent attack was against the law and occurred at the workplace of the plaintiff,” he said in his statement of claim sighted by FMT.
Yusoff is also suing Anwar’s press secretary Tunku Nashrul Tunku Abaidah over several media statements he made on the incident.
He said Tunku Nashrul had, among others, defamed him by accusing him of having a drug addiction problem and denying that the assault took place.
FMT is trying to reach Yusoff to confirm the suit.
When contacted, Farhash and Tunku Nashrul said they have not been served with the suits.
Yusoff was appointed as Anwar’s research officer in September last year. His duties included replying letters sent to the PKR president and Port Dickson MP.
He is demanding damages so that he could undergo treatment for injuries and to compensate for the repair of his wristwatch and mobile phone.
He is also seeking exemplary damages from Farhash for “wilful and violent conduct” as well as other reliefs deemed fit by the court.
In his statement of claim, Yusoff said Farhash, 37, came to the office at about 10am on May 16 this year and scolded him for being rude to Anwar’s secretary, Shukri Saad, which he denied.
Yusoff said Farhash then pushed him against the wall while he was seated, choked him and threatened to kill him.
Yusoff said he managed to free himself, following which Farhash lunged forward and rained punches on him before throwing his mobile phone on the table.
“He pushed me to the floor and continued to attack and injure me,” Yusoff said in the statement, adding that Farhash later left the premises after threatening to kill him.
He said he sent a text message about the incident to Anwar, who told him to seek medical treatment and rest at home.
The plaintiff said the following day, Farhash came to the office and told him that he could do whatever he liked in the office and again threatened him for reporting the incident to Anwar.
Yusoff sought treatment at a private hospital in Kuala Lumpur and lodged a report against Farhash at the Petaling Jaya police station on May 26.
He said Farhash contacted him two days after the report was made but that he avoided meeting the defendant.
In his suit, Yusoff said he has not worked for Anwar since June, saying he is traumatised and emotionally disturbed as a result of the incident.
His grandfather, the late SM Idris, one of Malaysia’s most prominent consumer advocates who founded the Consumers Association of Penang, died on May 17 at the age of 93.

Open Letter to the Prime Minister of Malaysia 

Mr Prime Minister, Sir

My apology for addressing you as Mr Prime Minister instead of My Dear Tun and what not. Please personally read and understand the plight of an ailing Malaysian Armed Forces Veteran deprived of his right by the very department established to cater for the welfare of Malaysian Armed Forces veterans.

Whether this will be my last or first of many open letter will depend on you, Mr Prime Minister and Jabatan Hal Ehwal Veteran (JHEV) ATM. If JHEV continue treating me like a beggar, this washing dirty linen in public may not end soon.

I have tried to resolve this impasse by communicating direct with JHEV but sadly those little napoleons warming the chairs at JHEV are only interested in covering one another’s mistake instead of admitting that they have erred.

Mr Prime Minister, Sir,

My name is Ali bin Abdullah and my Malaysian Armed Forces official number is 802140.
I enlisted with the Royal Malaysian Navy which was then based in Woodlands, Singapore on May 25, 1965 – during the peak period of the Malaysia-Indonesia Confrontation. After completing 13 years of compulsory service and the confrontation was well and truly over, I called a day and promised that “I will again return” if and when this beloved country of ours is again threatened.

That was my two cents worth of contribution to this country of ours.

On 14 September 2018, I had a Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) operation at Institute Jantung Negara (IJN). A day later, on 15 September 2018, while still under Intensive Care, post-ops complications, i.e. STROKE got the better of me whereby I lost the use of my left upper and lower limbs. And from then on, I become an OKU.

Prior to my discharge which was on 29 September 2018, and on doctor’s recommendation, I acquired relevant facilities such as electric hospital bed, wheelchair, quad cane and commode chair.

In February 2019, a reimbursement claim was submitted to JHEV.

A few days later JHEV called asking for supporting letter or memo from a Government doctor.

Three months later received payment less than half the amount.

When enquired the reason for not reimbursing as per claim, JHEV gave an EXCUSE that they only follow government doctor’s letter in that I am only entitled to claim manual-cranked hospital bed.

Since the government doctor’s hand written letter was in English and suspecting that JHEV personnel may not understand English I emailed a reply with brief translation highlighting the word “electric bed”.

Perhaps, realizing their mistake, JHEV came up with another EXCUSE in that for claim exceeding RM2,000 I have to submit full medical report.

August 6, 2019, a full medical report handwritten by the surgeon that operated on me was submitted to JHEV.

August 22, 2019, received a letter dispatched via POS Laju from JHEV rejecting the claim with yet another absurd EXCUSE. Instead of trying to grasp the meaning and implications of “Permanent Stroke” that was written in the medical report, JHEV opted to highlight an irrelevant phrase in the report “postoperatively, he was noted to have left limb weakness (power 3/5).”

Why is it irrelevant?

Left limb weakness (power 3/5) was an assessment done on August 6, 2019 approximately 11 (eleven) months or 325 days after the stroke and hundreds of hours of rehabilitation work-out and not on the day I was discharged from IJN, still unable to move my left upper and lower limbs that necessitates the acquisition of electric hospital bed.

I understand that one of the decision makers at JHEV is a practicing doctor. But, if the said doctor is worth his medical degree, he does not need first-hand experience to grasp the meaning of “permanent stroke” that disabled the nerve and muscle tissues causing foot drop, shoulder subluxation and winged scapula.

When a certain tycoon painted a negative picture of our Armed Forces, virtually the whole country was offended not less the ‘microphone throwing’ Defence Minister who made it known, quote “Tindakan pihak yang menghina Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) disifatkan perbuatan jijik dan tidak boleh diterima sama sekali.” Tegas Menteri Pertahanan Mohamad Sabu.

Yet, when a 74 years old ailing veteran who spent thirteen years of his prime life defending the independence of this country is treated like a beggar by JHEV, and two emails were sent to the Defense Minister highlighting my plight, he chooses to adopt the three monkeys stance – buta, tuli dan bisu. Why?

When I joined the navy, our British Instructor seconded from the Royal Navy instilled in us, which I still treasure dearly, that “never give up and keep fighting even after we have expended our last ammo” and hence this open letter hoping against hope that you could knock some wisdom into the brains of decision makers at JHEV, and stop giving excuses to cover their mistakes.

To err is human, but to persist in error (out of pride) is diabolical.

There is no Justice with an Uncaring Prime Minister

Malaysia a nation with only 33 million population has too many obstacles for growth.
In the first place why is there a need for two laws – Federal and Syariah?
Is the Government so incapable and weak?
Why do we even have a Parliament that only serve the ruling government?
The answer comes with twisted excuses.  In Malaysia, the Government believe that if the Federal is not in their favour, then Syariah will be.  Forgetting today the Judiciary is just a rubber stamp for the ruling government with power in return money and project as incentive.
Today no one retires in high office poor.
There is no justice both in Federal and Syariah.
Many cases like stealing RM50 can lead to 6 years in jail.  A rapist can be found innocent.  A murderer not enough evidence.  A toddler death is consider as fated.  A bullied victim death is considered an accident.  When a person is accidentally killed by own colleague, an attempt to use another race as scapegoat. Majority can insult and mock the Minority but when vice verses the latter is punished. When Rakyat condemn and complaint against the wrongdoing of the authorities or leaders or Royalty, the Rakyat are punished with jail sentence but when the authorities or leaders or Royalty causes abuse, insult, injury and death, the court, AG and PDRM ignore it.  The cycle of crime is then repeated yearly.
How long do the Rakyat have to suffer to please the elite of this country?
Today I have lost respect for both the Federal and Syariah.  As an ordinary citizen I have not been able to get justice since 1994.
In 1994 my son was molested by his class teacher Nora Zam Zam of Sri Kuala Lumpur who happens to be a Malay and a woman.  The Police, MCA Michael Chong and Judge did not believe a boy can be molested. The Judge had on many occasion waited until the owner of the school to be present before proceeding the case because of his Datukship and later Tan Seri.  Title in court is looked upon like God.
In 2008 my ex husband was cheated by CIMB Fund Manager and lost all his pension money.  I reported to Bank Negara and Zeti who was the Governor then, PDRM and AG. But no action taken because the brain behind the scam was Musa Aman’s nephew.  In the same year my ex husband generously handed over a RM6 million project to his Malay contractor friend whom he trusted.
Since then my ex husband got cheated another 5 times from his titled friends who have connection.  Seeking justice through PDRM, AG and Court would have resulted in waste of time and money which we did not have.
Then in 2018 I did not get a single sen from my divorce even though I had wasted 33 years in marriage and brought up 5 children with my money.  Syariah Court has no concern or interest in women.
In the same year I wrote to the Deputy Agong to seek help to recover my years in service and to disown my pariah daughter.  Again nothing happens because I am a woman.
When my ex sister in law was mistreated by her husband, my ex husband refused to help and even discourage her from getting a divorce instead said that it was better that her husband comes homes once in a while to fuck her and take her money than being a divorcee.
Today the curse from my ex husband side is facing my pariah daughter.  She is constantly being brain washed that having a husband to fuck her daily is better than a divorce.  She is even told to have more children to hold onto an abusive controlled freak.  Since she chooses to listen to her friends and father who tells her that it is the right of the husband to control her, she has to face her karma.  I would not be surprise if she commits suicide or kill her own son in the coming days.  Even though she has a PhD it does not mean she is rational in her thinking.  When a person surround herself in extreme Islamic surrounding, a husband who is a controlled freak and a father who does not care, her life has become full of regrets and IF….
Malaysia need a Prime Minister who is just and fair.
Malaysia does not need two laws.
Abolish Syariah and Religious Department like Jakim.  Instead use the money to educate the Judges to be just and concern for spouses in abusive relationship and divorce and to use common sense instead of their ego and power to pass sentence.  Judges should also write their judgement instead of leaving it to God. Since 1984 till today there are at least 160,000 unwritten judgements that remain cold.  I am a VICTIM OF UNWRITTEN JUDGEMENT. No one cares, no one bother.
I have encountered Judges who are biased towards other races and gender but worship those with Titles.
Malaysia must have the freedom to voice our concern and to scold our leaders when they go astray.
If a country like USA with a population of 330 million can voice their concern and scold their leader and UK  with a population of 66 million can show their displeasure at the monarchy, 
WHY THEN IN MALAYSIA WE ARE CHARGE WITH EVERY SECTION IN THE PENAL CODE AND MCMC WHEN WE DEFEND OURSELVES AGAINST THE ONE RACE ASSAULT.
IT IS A SHAME THAT THE PEOPLE WE VOTED TO DEVELOP THIS NATION ONLY CARE FOR THEMSELVES AND IGNORE OUR SUFFERING.  WHILE THE ROYALTY OF THIS NATION THINK THEY ARE TOO GOOD FOR US.

Today, I am taking a walk with nonagenarian. He’s 94, and today, I want him to remember. So we will start our walk a few days before May 13th 1969 erupted. And, while people say we should never look back, it is important that at this time, we do. Otherwise, how will we ever learn. We can only learn from what is in our experience. Tengku Abdul Rahman, my beloved Prime Minister at that time, said he was the happiest Prime Minister because he marveled at how peaceful we were, a country with different races, different cultures and different religions, and with people that lived together in harmony.
Before he died, in an article entitled, “As I see it”, Tengku Abdul Rahman named the people who plotted May 13th. He named you, and said that you were part of a group of rabble rousers called Ultra Malays. As a group , aka the Ultra Malays, you Sir, together with Musa Hitam and Ghazali Shafee, were instrumental in the announcement made at Ampang Hilir, that there was going to be a coup. Then from Datuk Harun’s house, where people with hate in their hearts were assembled, a rumour began that the Chinese were killing the Malays and the rest is history. The riots began. To stop the riots and to contain the violence , Tun Razak deployed the army and people were shot in the streets. It was a dark time. To put the final nail in our beloved First Prime Minister’s coffin, you wrote the yellow letters, in which you accused Tengku of siding with the Chinese and blamed Lim Kit Siang for the riots, even though he was not even in town. Tengku’s account of this chronology had the truth in it. Three years later, he died.
Still, subsequently, as Malaysians, we moved on from this very very dark time in our country’s history, and bless our Malaysian hearts, we forgave it all. So, those of you reading this article, please understand no malice is intended by my writing it. On the contrary, this article shows that we all know what happened, but because, unlike the rest of my families that fled in fear, we stayed to serve this country, as did all of you. This is our country, Malaysia. And we are still here.
I have loved this country for 70 years now, and still do. This is my country. I cannot say it enough times. In spite of all that has happened and in spite of the fact that my family was split, post May 13th 1969, this is my country. This type of love tells the world what a glorious and forgiving and loving people, Malaysians are. We are special. True Malaysians are one family.
But we tarry. Let’s move on.
Fast forward to your appointment as Minister of Education. The slide and rot of our once excellent education system began with you. After GE 14, you Sir, wanted to come back as Education Minister and when it didn’t happen, you sent us your lackey. All he has done is set the cat among the pidgeons. But again, let’s not tarry.
We must not waste any more time on our MOE. He is ineffectual, and despite the fact that he has a winsome smile he is not going to “Khat It”. Time is now of the essence.
So, come along, dear Sir. So sorry to rush you, but there is much more you need to remember, Dr Mahathir.
Let us go back to a little more history, post riots. Once established as the blue eyed boy of UMNO, by no other than Tun Razak, the same one who ousted Tengku Abdul Rahman, one by one , you got rid of Tengku Razalie, Musa Hitam and the likes. Guess they got their just rewards. The destroyers became the destroyed. Karma is a bitch. And throughout all this time, you played the racial card.
No, Dr Mahathir, it’s not us that use race and religion to divide us. You do it so very well and provide us our daily bread with the race/ religion rhetoric. This time you’ve even gone one step better. Now you’ve allowed ZN to insult and question our birth right and our loyalties and yet, you keep him here. He even has outriders. Almost on par with you, Sir. If that’s not adding insult to injury, what is? By the way, the fact that ZN says he was misquoted, tells us that like you, ZN has taken Malaysians for fools. By your refusal to see what he is creating, you are telling us how much you care for the people who were willing to forgive your history, open our hearts and put our trust in you. Yet underlying your rhetoric, you are saying to every true Malaysian, suck it up. And so, we are stuck with the man. And yes, we continue to “suck it up”.
A couple of nights ago, I was out celebrating Merdeka. It is ironical that I still believe in the word Merdeka or the concept of it. And the people, who were with me and who still want to believe in you, say you are always one step in front of us, way ahead of our puny brains with your master plan for this country. Forgive me if I’m skeptical that this is even remotely true. Master plan or another nail in our coffins? The next few months will tell us. But move on, we must, lest you get lulled into believing there isn’t more.
We now walk through the advent of GE14 and the choices voters made. The old adages “ Better the devil you know, than the devil you don’t” and “Hobson’s choice “, were in play then, and you appeared as the saviour of my beloved land. So post election europhia, we were excited. Our country needed money. The real troupers of this land paid into a fund that was launched to Save Malaysia, so, when Lim Guan Eng came in as finance minister, he launched this fund. We all did our part to help put money back into our coffers. We ALL did. All we wanted was to drag ourselves out of the mire created by the marauders and rapists who were destroying our country. We heeded the cry to arms. We won. Or did we?
If you believe that we cared tuppence for the PH manifesto, you were mistaken. We are realists. No pie in the sky, no pipe dreams. We had our feet on the ground. Then you began removing the rug from under our feet. Each month your lackey annoyed people. Then you started letting Dumno has-beens, leap frog into your party to swell your party numbers. God, there are some real jumpers there. You could hold a leap frog race and they would win hands down. You came in on a PKR and DAP ticket, but you knew you were on shifting sand, and sought to strengthen your position. Your son got some choice offers, slick move that. And you, barely in office too.
Aiyohlah, how are you different from Jibby. It wasn’t long then, before a slide built up. Soon we saw that a new rot, smelling a lot like the old rot, had started to creep in. And then came the “piece de resistance”, a stench of things to come. And that stench, is firmly entrenched on our soil. He’s here, and it looks like he is here to stay, while we, the Indians and Chinese, bonafide Malaysian citizens, are accused of all kinds of things, of being anti Islam, racialistic and of being bigots. The dirges for DAP and PKR have started playing. A funeral soon for their demise?
Sir, we are ending our little walk now. I know you are tired. But before you leave, take a stroll around the Government offices, in Putra Jaya. How many employees are there in Government Service? Which race dominates? Visit the Universities and Hospitals and every other Public Facility. Which race dominates? And then Sir, answer this question. How much more and for how long more, do the other races have to give in?
As you are driven around the city, pray read the names of companies that are building highways, have Government projects, own the canteens in schools and government offices . Then visit the MOE and your other ministries. Which race dominates? And then ask this question again. When will Government tenders finally be transparent and opened to us, the marginalized? How much more do you’ll want , Sir, and for how long more?
It must be very tiring staying ahead of the pack at your tender age. But you are running short of time. No one is immortal. It must worry you that God may call us anytime. So while I am no God, I really believe that one day you will be asked, by God, whom we all will face , to explain why you never kept your promises to ALL your voters . ZN did not vote you in. But he’s here. We voted you in and yet we are being told, in so many ways, to go back from whence we came.
I believe also that you will be asked by God, to explain how , as the Prime Minister of this wonderful land, you took care of your “Ummah Wahida”? What will you say? You will surely be asked how much you did to mesh us all together with our Muslim brethren? You will have to answer. Did you do right by us, or did you just pit us against each other? And most importantly, what did you do to eradicate racialim and religious bigotry in this once glorious land. I think, my precious nonagenarian, you’ve got your work cut out for you. Time is not on your side. But because I’m a nice person, I will pray for you to get it right this time. Please Sir, get it right, this time. I will pray everyday for my country. God Bless us all.

HKEX’s Silly Bid For London Stock Exchange


There are some smart people at HKEX but somehow not smart enough to know what NOT to do. HKEX’s fortunes over the past 10 years have relied more on mega Chinese listings and the A Shares attraction.

Buying LSE would have been a great idea but for ONE THING … its more than just symbolic to the current HK unrest… in fact it is downright parabolic.

The vicious letter by LSE on the bid basically touched on some fundamental and structural issues:

– There’s not enough cash in the bid, which is too low anyway. “Three-quarters of your proposed consideration is in HKEX shares, representing a fundamentally different and much less attractive investment proposition to our shareholders.”

– Hong Kong’s unrest makes that stock even less attractive. “We see the value of your share consideration as inherently uncertain. The ongoing situation in Hong Kong adds to this uncertainty. Furthermore, we question the sustainability of HKEX’s position as a strategic gateway in the longer term.”

– LSE already has a bridgehead in China: Shanghai. This “is our preferred and direct channel to access the many opportunities with China,” the LSE said. That was a TIGHT SLAP to HKEX and to Hongkong as a whole – why do you want to hobnob with coat-tail hangers-on when you can hobnob with the real decision-maker??!! 

They worked long and hard to get it: the Shanghai exchange interlisting project dates to 2015 when former finance minister George Osborne traveled to China to court officials. After a long wait, while LSE sought Chinese approvals, Huatai Securities Co. became the first Stock Connect listing in London in June.

– LSE doesn’t see the point of scrapping its Refinitiv deal. LSE wants the former Thomson Reuters financial and risk business to transform itself into a global force in data and trading platforms. Stock investors liked the $27 billion proposal, which sent LSE shares surging even before HKEX came knocking.

– LSE also slammed HKEX’s own business as old-school. “The high geographic concentration and heavy exposure to market transaction volumes in your business would represent a significant backward step for LSEG strategically.” That basically is the same argument on the rising irrelevance of HK’s main industries, which makes the current HK protests even more ludicrous … fighting the hands that hold your destiny. 


BY FAR, the biggest OBJECTION has to be this, and HKEX by going in with the bid shows how SILLY they were by even thinking any other global level exchange would “allow this to go ahead”. HKEX’s unusual relationship with its government.

The Chinese territory’s government holds 6% of HKEX’s stock and appoints 6 of the 13 board members. The city’s chief executive — a person appointed by Beijing — picks HKEX’s chairman.

Technically if HKEX succeeds, LSE would technically “belonged and will be controlled” by Beijing!!!??? This is so emblematic of the present HK unrest because there is no real democracy, there is no adherence to global best practices, but expects everyone else to accept them as “equal”.

“Your proposal would be subject to full scrutiny from a number of financial regulators, as well as governmental entities under, for example, the U.K. Enterprise Act, the CFIUS [national security] process in the U.S., and the ‘golden powers’ regime in Italy,” the LSE said.

Rafae, a “trusted” team member of Dato Samson Anand George Tax Evasion Team submits fake/forged invoices at a lower amount for ALL parts to Custom and Excise and Naza pays excise duties on the lower amounts. As a result of paying lower excise duties, Naza can sell those Peugeot cars to the public at a more competitive price and make more profit.
The authorities need to ask Peugeot to provide them with the original invoices for these spare parts. They will then have to compare these original invoices with the one submitted by Naza to Custom and Excise. As each part have their unique identifying parts number, it would be a matter of comparing the original invoices with the one submitted by Naza to know how much Tax the Government and the people of Malaysia were defrauded of.
This Tax Evasion ruse was devised, managed and executed by Dato Samson Anand George and his team within Naza, and, assisted by PKT Logistics and their subsidiaries Orisis Logistics.

Within Naza, different sets of books are kept by a dedicated accounting team to hide the discrepancies and to further the fraud. This has been done by Naza over many decades and would have cost the government and the Malaysian public, tax revenue losses running in the hundreds of millions, if not billions.

Recently, Customs seized 21 cars for violation of import documents (https://www.nst.com.my/news/crime-courts/2019/09/519261/six-lamborghini-huracans-amongs-vehicles-seized-customs-raid). While this is a move in the right direction, we hope Deputy Customs director-general (Enforcement and Compliance) Datuk Azimah Abd Hamid will also investigate the activities of Dato Samson Anand George who has faked/forged literally tens of thousands of import documents!
Locally produced cars sold by Naza are “manufactured” at their factory in Kedah, which they have sold a majority stake to Groupe PSA (Peugeot, Citroen, and Opel). Being so powerful, they even bend the rules on CBU and CKD. Officially there is only a duty structure for CBU and for CKD (http://www.maa.org.my/pdf/duties_taxes_on_motor_vehicles.pdf). Naza, on the other hand, can purchase CBU vehicles in Korea and France, and then disassemble, ship to Malaysia using PKT and Orisis, and then pass these cars off as CKD thus paying lower duties to profit more, in addition to the profits gained from fake/forged invoicing. Officially there is NO such duty structure for disassembled CBU being passed off as CKD so how does Naza do it?
We are aware that LHDN and Naza have negotiated for a much lesser amount to be paid into the Government coffers for the hundreds of millions of Tax revenue that they have already defrauded our government of. The question that needs to be asked is simply this: Who in LHDN and who in government, aided and abetted this much-reduced settlement. And why had Naza been given time to pay this when they have already had in their coffers, the Tax revenue money they had defrauded us all, for many years?
And more pertinent: Why has Naza not been prosecuted for this Tax Fraud which is a crime against our nation and our people? Is this because Naza is a Bumiputra conglomerate and this Pakatan Harapan government is reluctant to bring to heel a Bumiputra business that has, among its shareholders, Rafidah Aziz, Wan Azizah and Azmin Ali? Or is the money that NAZA still has, a factor in making this Pakatan Harapan government look the other way?
