1.     Only Prime Minister and Deputy PM can have body guards and escorts.
2.     Only Prime Minister and Deputy PM can travel on Government Planes.
3.     Only Prime Minister and Deputy PM can stay in Government Houses in Putrajaya.
4.     Only Prime Minister and Deputy PM can use Government Cars.
5.     All Cabinet Ministers to be given a driver only.  They have to use their own vehicles. No bodyguards or escorts at all even in functions.
6.     All Cabinet Ministers to have their allowances cut by 50%.
